Requirements

Credentials 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Certifications: IATA Certification (Highly preferred).
  • Professional Travel Agent/Consultant certification.
  • Customer Service Excellence training.

Experience 

  • Tenure: 4–7 years in Corporate Travel Management, Hospitality, or Executive Assistance.
  • Human Logistics: Proven experience managing multi-leg international travel, visa procurement (STR, Business, Transit), and "meet-and-greet" services.
  • Vendor Network: A robust, active network of contacts within the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), major airlines, and premium hotel chains.
