Job Summary
The Core Mandate • Strategic Execution: Translate Group strategy into measurable, Board-ready milestones. • Multi-Sector Oversight: Lead complex projects across Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Real Estate, and Data Solutions. • Governance & Compliance: Navigate the regulatory landscapes of CBN, SEC, NGX, and PENCOM with zero-fail precision. • Tech Transformation: Drive core banking migrations, trading platform upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives. • Executive Interface: Serve as the primary link between IT, Business Heads, and the Board.
Requirements
- Experience: 8–12 years of progressive program/portfolio leadership within Financial Services.
- Track Record: Proven success in large-scale, technology-enabled, and highly regulated projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s Degree (MBA/MSc) is a must.
- Methodology: Expert in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
