Job Summary
To oversee, plan, and execute real estate development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
Job Details
• Lead the planning, development, and execution of real estate projects, including setting timelines, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, investors, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment
• Prepare and present detailed project documentation senior management and external partners.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying new project opportunities, preparing proposals, and building strong client relationships that expand the company’s portfolio.
• Support revenue development by monitoring project financials, implementing cost control measures, and ensuring profitability across assigned projects.
• Provide strategic input on market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to influence project pipeline and growth strategy.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and vendors) to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Lead post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned, refining delivery processes, and enhancing future performance.
Requirements
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, COREN, or equivalent will be a strong advantage.
Experience
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in real estate project management, with at least 4 years in a senior management capacity overseeing commercial and residential construction projects.
